For me, this was perfect as I want to be able to easily see the BUIS without cluttering up the red dot view any more than I had to. I can JUST see the bottom of my rear sight notch. Put me in the lower 1/4 of the optic window. I used ameriglo GL-429 suppressor sights on my set up. Looks better, more secure, lower, better sight selection and more co-whiteness options. Pick an optic, buy a slide cut for it or have one cut for it. Unless you plan on trying and or swapping optics, I would not go MOS. Zeroed in a few clicks and has held so far.ĮDIT: Forgot to add.
